Terms of Use

These terms apply to the StyleMate app and website, provided by EuroAFF.com S.à r.l., 21 Rue du Puits Romain, Centre d'affaires Atrium, L-8070 Bertrange, Luxembourg (RCS Luxembourg B280385, VAT LU35193630) («we»). By using StyleMate you agree to them.

The service

StyleMate makes AI-generated try-on images from a photo of you and a photo of clothing, and lets you keep a wardrobe and outfits. Try-on images are an illustration: fit, size, colour and fabric of the real item may differ.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the photos you add. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to it. Do not upload photos of children.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, sexual, violent or infringes someone else's rights.

We may remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a subscription bought through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; a subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Shops

StyleMate may show clothing from third-party shops and link to them. Purchases are made with those shops, under their terms; we are not the seller. Some links may be affiliate links that earn us a commission at no cost to you.

Availability and liability

We work to keep StyleMate available and correct but provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on try-on images. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Ending

You can stop using StyleMate and delete your account in the app at any time.
